Social Security is one of the main aspects of Security for making order and Security in country that has gained a prominent place in recent decades. This issue is largely due to the importance of media development, information technology, communication and,... that have provided presence and role in society for many players to impress social Security. In this way formation and development of cyberspace, according high capacity has individual role. Because capacity of this space has caused transformation in time, place and impress the social Security that negative effect of it, is important. In this regards, the main purpose of this article is pathology of cyberspace on social Security in social, cultural, economic and political part of it. The present article with descriptive-analytical way analyzed the pathology of cyberspace on social Security. The result showed that cyberspace has high negative capacity for effect and challenge of social Security. So, the growing presence and use of this space have provided weakness of family foundation and foundation of any society, separation of individual from each other, luxury, idealism, individualism, fashion, no trust to authorities, spreading lie and…has caused challenge and suffering of social Security. Base on this growth and excellent of each society needs order and Security so, attention to this new field and recognition of damage that cause by it, can have remarkable position in making social Security.

As cyberspace expands and globalizes, we are experiencing a new layer of threats to governments in the form of cyber threats that have impacted various facets of national Security, including social, economic, military, and political Security. As a result, in the form of electronic warfare, it has developed anewkind of war and conflict. Therefore, it has impacted international Security, necessitating solutions to minimize the harm caused by this form of threat and preserve international Security. So, network Security has brought to light some of the underlying tensions between international rivalry and cyberSecurity cooperation. Thus, the current study employs a descriptive-analytical method to investigate and analyze the role of international organizations, especially the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, in the development of cyberspace Security. The hypothesis raised in this study is that since governments are increasingly relying on unilateral policies and resources to ensure cyber protection, international organizations should play an active role in shaping cooperation among their members in the form of approaches focused on international cooperation on cyberSecurity and the prevention of cyber threats, as well as the development of a global cyberSecurity system.

In this regard, the question of the present article is what is the role of naval forces in the field of cyber space and what are the consequences (opportunities and challenges) of this space for the Security and maritime strategy of countries? Intelligence-based systems enable battlespace awareness, intelligence gathering, targeting, and other capabilities. The goal of modern naval forces is to maintain the freedom of maneuver and deprive the enemy of freedom of action at sea, which is provided by cyber capabilities and equipment. Adversaries' cyber capabilities, such as precision targeting and long-range attacks on ships, mean that navies at sea are more tightly interconnected than ever before, yet more vulnerable. The traditional balance of power between navies and adversaries has been disrupted by the proliferation of cyber capabilities, which has created asymmetries. Cyber ​​capabilities also make smaller navies and non-state actors disproportionately powerful.

During the past years, cyberspace has become of the main issues of governments, and cryptocurrencies has been recognized as a sensitive area in need of policy in all countries of the world .This article, looking for: "What should be the pattern of regulating the virtual space, especially the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies in Iran, considering the legal status of the Supreme Council of cyberspace and the comparative experience of China?" In this regard, by using library resources, the relationship between governance and regulation of virtual space has been described first, and then the concept of governance and regulation of cryptocurrencies have been discussed. In the following, we will compare the structure, duties and actions of China in the regulation of cyberspace, especially cryptocurrencies, with the actions of Iran, because the institution and structure of the regulation of cyberspace in China and Iran have similarities, including the fact that both of them use a supra-governmental structure to regulate cyberspace. The results show that firstly, the legal position of the Iran's cyberspace Supreme Council in specialized issues of cyberspace such as cryptocurrencies, which have different dimensions, should be as a regulator of the regulators . Secondly, the multi-dimensionality of the issue of cryptocurrencies and the interference of different areas of money, finance, energy, industry and trade doubles the need for a national coordination headquarters, which has not been given serious attention so far.

Maintaining the financial data is one of the guideline components for Security in cyberspace. Hustler persons go to abuse these data in cyberspace to gain their foul purposes. Then, they in such way collect massive profits. Thus in order to decrease the threats against present data it needs to predictive technical plans be considered. These plans for Security of financial data were used more than other area due to most of threats against these data occur technical ways, including social engineering and are very professional. In regulation process, lawgiver also is familiar to these types of plans and study them in some cases precisely and in some cases imprecisely. Also FATA police as an only institution in this domain, failure to consider it. Active centers related to cyberspace Security including Apa center and Mehr center also did not take some approach. For example, Apa center has organized a large of plans on the technical areas, while Mehr center has not considered these plans.

Background and objectives: In today’s world, with the growing trend of the use of information technology we are faced with new issues and problems. The use of modern media technologies has many advantages and disadvantages. One of the ways to deal with soft threats and cybercriminals is to use filtering and access control.Methodology: By examining 250 samples of the statistical population of Internet users and cyber-space among students of Tehran and Semnan universities using questionnaires, non-experimental and mixed method (field-library), threats of social Security in cyberspace have been identified and the ways of defense and coping with these hazards and the effectiveness of filtering access control have been investigated.Findings and results: In this study, it was revealed that 82.5% of the samples visited filtered sites and 77.5% used VPNs; 67% of the samples were members of the Facebook social network, and 46.5% of them were present at the internet appointment. 23.5% of the respondents said they were deceived in cyberspace. Also, 54.5% of them used pornographic sites, 59% recreation and entertainment, 27.5% dating, 45.5% chat and conversation. Due to the high costs of filtering in the country and breaking access barriers by 80% of users, educating proper Internet usage and cyber threats can have more favorable results than filtering. Also, the lack of education and information for students and Internet users would lead to the high degree of statistical use of pornographic, dangerous, dating, and deceptive sites and delusion, damage and threats to social Security in the cyberspace and the real world of society.

Feeling of Security is one of the main dimensions of Security concept. Basic assumption of current article is pole of police in providing cyberspace Security in Iran. The performance of this disciplinary structure may have affect providing Security feeling about Cyber in many different forms. Goal of this review is analyzing the most important challenges and how to improve and support police performance in developing cyberspace Security. Descriptive- analysis method was employed in this review; furthermore meaningful relation between concepts of space, information, Security and challenges had been considered. As a result of specific role of cyberspace in changing information, it includes wide range of Security and challenge concepts. Therefore, these concepts can be used as a model in cyberspace.The results indicate that there are various challenges in cyberspace that are challenging different levels of social, economical, cultural and political Security.Accordingly, considering the treats of cyberspace by purpose of soft war against national governments of our country, developing network Security concept by police forces and necessity of policymaking by legislators and related authorities are seriously required.The results of analysis show that operational ability of police by itself cannot be effective in developing Security of cyberspace. For increasing Security of cyberspace, various policies shall be made by legislator and government in order to specialize the roles and increase performance capacity of all structures specially police.

The current of domination, in continuation of its constant confrontation with the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in parallel with the real space, has drawn the strategy of weakening the popular support of the system through cyberspace, and by using social technologies. The responsible agencies in the Islamic Republic of Iran must take the necessary action with proper knowledge and in the face of the phenomena affected by cyberspace. This requires a template.The main purpose and question of the present study is to introduce a strategic model to prevent the Security of phenomena affected by cyberspace. The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, it is combined or mixed. The statistical population in the qualitative part includes ten experts and university professors in the field of cyberspace and crisis management who were selected using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. Also in the quantitative part, 130 people including managers and level experts Different trustees were selected using stratified random sampling method. Data were collected in the qualitative part using in-depth interviews and in the quantitative part with a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability (0.79) were also confirmed.The results showed that the components of the mentioned strategic model are 20 components in 4 dimensions including: cyber governance, cyber intelligence aristocracy, cyber Security management and macro environmental factors.

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.
